2. If you take up our offer, you will be given a unique password. We will ask you if you want the password to be available to anyone else, eg your estate agent - it is helpful if the agent has it.

3. Armed with your password, you can access our update pages from our website at sproullsupdates.co.uk

4. Your transaction is tracked by reference to a number of keystages. The information to tell you what stage has been reached is taken direct from our case management system, developed in-house at Sproulls.

5. There are explanations of what each key stage means and what will have been achieved when each is reached.
